Made from Cabernet Franc grapes, by the “saigné” method prior a peculiar maceration of 12 hours. Fermented at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas of overripe strawberry, cranberries and honey.
Excellent summer wine, to drink as an aperitif or with salads, poultry, baby squid with garlic, fish, and even roast lamb! It is an outstanding rosé, bottled only for us, a special treat from the winemaker!
