Vinification (from the winemaker):
"For the Arneis Chardonnay we like to ferment it cold and with a lot of oxygen.
We do a pump over for 20 min everyday to oxygenate the must.
Then the wine spend 6 months with the lees in stainless steel tanks".
The aroma is clean and delicate with fruity flavours of apricots and baked apples and a refreshing finish.
