Delicate aromas of plum sultanas, and a touch of aromatic herbs. Dry, with balanced acidity and soft but present tannins, jammy and slightly earthy notes.
Reserved and seductive, this wine is unique and unmistakable.
A true ‘criollo’ from Uruguay, Tannat is its most emblematic grape. Perfect match for rich dishes with smoky, spiced and meaty flavours.
Stabilised without the use of chemicals, it may show some naturally occurring sediments. Grapes manually harvested in our Los Horneros Vineyard.
