País Salvaje was vinified with minimal intervention and as naturally as possible. To separate the stalk from the grape, an ancient wooden structure known as a crested tree, typical of the Maule, was used. Fermented with native yeasts to highlight the aromas and flavours of the grape. Aged in concrete vats. The grapes were put through carbonic maceration (50% only) to achieve soft tannins. Unfiltered.
Soft red cherry color. Vibrant notes of red fruits, cherry, wild strawberry with floral notes. In the mouth it is very fresh, with a nice balance and a long, rustic finish.
