L'Entremetteuse Pais Carménère 2020 [Colchagua Valley]

Juicy, deep coloured, bursting with red and dark berry aromas and flavours.

A minimal intervention wine, non filtered, no sulphites added. Might have a slight fizz when opening, which is perfectly normal and will disseaper promptly. 

Made by French expat Laurence Real, who has been living in Chile for several decades and started this project to make sure small wine producers were paid fairly for their grapes, and old vineyards were becoming profitable again.
