These vineyards are located in extremely isolated locations, making the time, resources and costs of sustaining the vineyards a challenge for even the most ardent oenologist. Grapes from 4 different sites along the 300km Calchaqui Valleys: Angastaco, Salta: 2,400 masl. - Amaicha del Valle, Tucumán: 2,200 masl. - Hualfín, Catamarca: 2,100 masl.

Tasting notes

Inky, perfumed and intense, with very little wood influence, it’s a wine that’s fresh and sappy with layers of hibiscus and blackberry pastille.

Vinification

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in concrete tanks, 25 days of maceration, aged for 15 months in a mix of neutral barrels and concrete eggs, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
