Tasting notes

Deep black color, cranberry, raspberry, beets, fig jam. Mouth-filling with silky tannins.

Vinification

This wine is uninfluenced by wood. It is fermented in concrete tanks with controlled temperature, cold pre-fermentation for 4 days at 10°C. Only indigenous yeasts with a minimum of metabisulfite added and no other additives. Natural malolactic, aged one year in concrete eggs. Unfiltered.
