Dense, perfumed, layered, and complex with clementine, quince, and black tea flavors.

Vinification

The grapes were destemmed and crushed and underwent spontaneous fermentation. They were macerated for one week with daily punching down. Nothing was added apart from grapes. The resulting wine was bottled, completely unfiltered, after 3 months.
