Familia Geisse's Amadeu Laranja is a sparkling wine from Altos de Pinto Bandeira, Brazil. Made with 100% Chardonnay, it boasts a beautiful orange colour and complex aromas of dried fruits, almonds, and honey. The winery pioneers Thermal Pest Control, a method of 'blow-drying' vines which helps to prevent use of pesticides and operates with strong ethical principles, employing entire families on-site.

Tasting notes

It presents a lot of complexity, with aromas of dried fruits, almonds and honey. On the palate it is intense and creamy, as well as full-bodied.

Vinification

Traditional method with spontaneous fermentation in tank, indigenous yeasts, 8 weeks on skins, and 18 months lees ageing. Zero dosage.
