Tasting notes

Deep red with dark violet hues. Aromas of ripe black fruits, violets, graphite, sweet spices, cocoa, coffee, and tobacco. Concentrated and elegant on the palate with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long finish.

Vinification

Cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with native yeasts in small concrete vessels, gentle pump-overs, delestage, and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged 12 months in French oak (80% first-use, 20% second-use), followed by 12 months of bottle ageing.
