From a sustainable vineyard at 1,174 metres above sea level, in the coolest corner of Tunuyan bordering Tupungato. 60 hectares of micro-plots planted per variety and according to each specific soil type, with walnut and almond trees to improve biodiversity. This ADN Seleccion Malbec is a concentrated and complex expression of the Uco Valley's finest terroir.

Vinification

Pre-fermentation maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation, 15 days post-fermentation maceration. 70% aged in French oak for 12–15 months, followed by one year of bottle ageing.
