Tasting notes

Bright cherry-red with medium intensity. The nose is layered and elegant, offering aromas of fresh cherry and raspberry interwoven with subtle earthy undertones and delicate spice. On the palate, medium-bodied and finely textured, with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, perfumed finish.

Vinification

Hand-harvested with meticulous cluster and berry selection. Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks. A portion aged for 9 months in second- and third-use French oak barrels, adding texture and complexity while preserving purity of fruit.
