Pale salmon pink with subtle golden reflections. Aromas of fresh strawberry, red cherry, and wild raspberry complemented by delicate rose petal and a refined mineral undertone. Medium-bodied on the palate, with bright, well-integrated acidity, and a precise, elegant finish marked by freshness and length.

Vinification

Hand-harvested early to preserve freshness, gentle whole-cluster pressing, 4–6 hours of skin contact, fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel with selected yeasts.
