Tasting notes

Deep ruby-purple color with violet highlights. Expressive nose of ripe black cherries, cassis, and plum with subtle notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and a hint of violet. Medium to full-bodied and juicy, with a velvety texture, vibrant acidity, and soft, well-integrated tannins. Smooth, persistent finish.

Vinification

Hand-harvested in late April from selected vineyard parcels, with careful cluster and berry selection. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and fruit expression.
