It benefits from the influence of the Andes mountain range, creating a cool environment with wide temperature variations.

Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for 25 days. Aged on lees for 60 days with one bâtonnage every 15 days and 100% malolactic fermentation.
