Entrez Dans la Ronde is L'Entremetteuse's discovery range. Produced in limited quantities (950 bottles), this wine shows a diverse aromatic profile of papaya, mango and spice. The terroir of the vineyards and the winery's innovative approach create a fruity, spiced and floral palate, perfect for diverse pairings.

50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay

Fruity, spiced and floral with touches of papaya, mango and black pepper.

Vinification

Grapes are hand-destemmed or selected as whole bunches, then cold macerated in isothermic tanks for at least 2-3 days, allowing a light intracellular fermentation to begin. After a gentle pressing without added sulphur, the juice is selected by astringency, cold-settled and naturally fermented at low temperature in Flextank eggs.
