L'ENTREMETTEUSE Rouge-Gorge Semillon 2020

The L'Entremetteuse Rouge-Gorge Semillon is a unique orange wine from Chile's Colchagua region. Made from 100% Sémillon with aromas of peach, apricot and dried fruits. The wine's low acidity is balanced by its texture, offering a complex mix of fruit, softness and tannins. No added sulphites and unfiltered.

A complex blend of fruit, softness and tannins with aromas of peach, apricot, honey and dried fruits. Low acidity balanced by texture.

Vinification

Hand-harvested; 30% of grapes ferment on skins. Slow pressing, then alcoholic fermentation in old barrels with native yeasts. Aged on lees for 4 months. No filtration or added sulphur before bottling.
