Like an Uruguayan deity, it roams our vineyards and joins us at the table, whispering secrets of the earth and the wine. With the elegance of a sphinx, she rises from the land — an enigmatic, profound beauty, holding her gentle nature like the ripeness of country fruit. Her eyes, deep and piercing, guard the secrets of the universe. These protective spirits of our wines were created together with Uruguayan artist Gastón Chavat. @chavi_del_yi

Grapes 100% Ancellotta

Tasting Notes Fresh and concentrated, this Atlantic Ancellotta shows notes of violet, tomato leaf, black tea, and ripe black fruits. Juicy and vibrant on the palate, with fine tannins and high natural acidity.

Vinification Harvested in early March, fermented for 12 days in underground concrete tanks, and aged unoaked, resulting in a fresh and concentrated wine.
