Creatura is born from the soil, shaped by the climate and nurtured by devoted hands. Like an Uruguayan deity, she wanders through our vineyards and joins us at the table, whispering secrets of the land and the wine. Mencía, daughter of the earth, glides with the ease of a summer breeze. Like a protective mother, she watches over the native forest, offering shelter for the soul. Grapes 100% Mencía

Tasting Notes Juicy and vibrant with fresh pomegranate, violet, and subtle spicy hints. Bright acidity and fine tannins create an elegant, Atlantic-influenced Mencía with no oak aging.

Vinification Harvested at the end of Feb 2023, this Mencía underwent fermentation in underground concrete tanks for 15 days, followed by completed malolactic fermentation. Unoaked, it presents a fresh and vibrant profile.
