Tasting notes

Deep inky color. Powerful and refined with mature tannins and amazing youthfulness. Earthy, cedary, balsamic and complex. Cool minty palate with dark fruits, very fine tannic structure and a lovely bright densely textured finish.

Spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered. Aged for 36 months in used French oak barrels.
