Tasting notes

Medium-intensity garnet hue with brick-toned reflections and a natural cloudiness from being unfiltered. Rich aromas of quince jam evolving into deeper notes of plum, rose, and a touch of licorice. The palate is complex and dynamic, revealing new dimensions over time.

Vinification

After fermentation, the best press wine is selected. 3 years of oak ageing in old French barrels. Unfined and unfiltered.
