MUNDO REVÉS Petit Voyage Blend de Blancas 2022

Unique wine crafted from Sauvignon Blanc from a sandy soil vineyard in Gualtallary (1300 m.a.s.l), Semillón from an old vineyard in Tupungato, managed in trellis at 1000 m.a.s.l; and Tocai Friulano is from Los Chacayes. The gentle skin contact and separate fermentation result in a complex, dry wine with notes of citrus and almond, bottled with minimal sulfites.

33% Sauvignon Blanc, 33% Semillón, 34% Tocai Friulano

Tasting notes

Dry and slightly tannic with sour grapefruit, mandarin, burnt orange, pears, sour lemon, and almond notes.

Vinification

Fermented separately with skin contact, aged for six months with batonage, and blended before bottling unfiltered with low sulfites.
