MUNDO REVÉS Petit Voyage Criolla 2022

Mundo Reves' Le Petit Voyage Criolla is a light red wine from Uco Valley, Argentina. Made from Criolla Chica and Criolla Grande grapes, it showcases aromas of strawberries, cherries, caramel, and herbs. The vineyard, with 25 to 40-year-old vines, practices minimal intervention and flood irrigation. The 2022 vintage was fresh and cold, resulting in a vibrant expression of the indigenous grapes.

Expressive with bright cherry reflections, this wine offers notes of strawberries, cherries, caramel, and herbs.

Vinification

The grapes underwent carbonic maceration for 15 days at 18°C, followed by fermentation at low temperatures without skins. Pinot Gris lees were added during aging, and the wine was bottled without filtration and with minimal sulphite correction.
