BOUCHON Pais Salvaje Tinto 2021Our price: £13.99País Salvaje was vinified with minimal intervention and as naturally as
possible. To separate the stalk from the grape, an ancient wooden
structure known as a crested tree, typical of the Maule, was used.
Fermented with native yeasts to highlight the aromas and flavours of the
grape. Aged in concrete vats. The grapes were put through carbonic
